¶ 25. Because I would affirm the judgment of the trial court, I concur in part and dissent in part with respect to the majority’s decision. “In reviewing the weight of the evidence supporting a jury’s verdict, this Court must accept as true the evidence which supports the verdict.” Martin ex rel. Heirs of Martin v. B & B Concrete Co., 71 So.3d 611, 616 (¶ 17) (Miss.Ct.App.2011) (citation omitted).
