Opinion on Rehearing
The appellees filed an Application for Rehearing contending that the Court failed to properly consider their arguments on appeal and that the Court failed to follow Tomlinson v. Landmark Am. Ins. Co., 15-0276 (La.App. 4 Cir. 3/23/16), 192 So.3d 153. The rehearing is denied. Additionally, the Motion to Supplement the record is denied.
