_JjThe judgment of the trial court should be affirmed. In her oral ruling, the trial judge concisely, astutely, and objectively analyzed the facts adduced at the hearing in this matter under the applicable law, Missouri v. Seibert, 542 U.S. 600,124 S.Ct. 2601, 159 L.Ed.2d 643 (2004). It is inconceivable how such action can be construed as an abuse of discretion and, accordingly, I dissent.
