|,I agree with the result reached by the trial court, but I object to a requirement that the parents explain how the injuries occurred. Parenting classes, drug testing, anger management, future safeguards, etc., are all proper elements of a case plan. In my opinion, “confess” is not. The medical evidence is sufficient to justify the result.
