_JjPretermitting the jurisdictional issues, and, assuming arguendo that Crosby’s could properly attack the sheriffs final assessment, I agree that the result reached by the majority is correct solely because I agree that the affidavit of the employee of the law firm representing the tax collector was insufficient to establish the correctness of the amount assessed. Accordingly, I concur in the result only.
