| ,In my opinion, the trial court did not abuse its discretion in awarding the Math-ernes $25,000.00 in non-pecuniary damages, and therefore, I respectfully dissent from the majority’s amendment of the judgment to reduce the award of non-pecuniary damages to $5,000.00. In all other respects, I agree with the conclusions reached by the majority.
