Coward v. Cresson

EDWARDS, C.J.,

concurs with reasons.

hi agree with the outcome of the majority opinion that summary judgment was properly granted in favor of Guy G. Cres-son, D.D.S. It is clear from the record that Ms. Coward has not met her burden of proof to defeat the motion for summary judgment by presenting factual support adequate to establish an essential element of her cause of action against Dr. Cresson. However, I make no further finding.
