(dissenting). I do not agree with the majority of the court that the evidence is insufficient to support the verdict. X believe that the conduct of the defendant, his association with Probst and Marvin, the coming together of these three parties shortly after the robbery, the lavish display of money by defendant, all to my miúd show identification of defendant as one of the guilty parties.

I am convinced the evidence is sufficient, and therefore enter my dissent.
