— Since the affirmance of the judgment of conviction on December 23, 1936, and the filing of his motion for rehearing, the appellant has filed a written mo*658tion, duly verified by his affidavit; requesting the withdrawal of his motion for rehearing.

The request is granted, the motion for rehearing is dismissed, and the mandate ordered issued on the original judgment of affirmance.
