HAWKINS, Presiding Judge.The State insists that this court was in error in reversing this cause on the ground of newly discovered evidence. Because of the unusual manner in which the question came into the case it was given close scrutiny upon original submission. Nothing can be added to our reasons appearing in the original opinion.
Believing the case has been properly disposed of, the State’s motion for rehearing is overruled.
