Stanley Beaver AUSTIN, Plaintiff-Appellant,
v.
Jon P. GALLEY; Dan Forbes; Ms. Burnett; Officer Zimmerman;
Officer Hayes; Officer Smith; Captain Tucker,
Defendants-Appellees.
No. 87-6573
United States Court of Appeals, Fourth Circuit.
Submitted June 24, 1987.
Decided September 3, 1987.
Stanley Beaver Austin, appellant pro se.
Rex Charles Schultz, Assistant Attorney General, for appellees.
Before CHAPMAN, WILKINSON and WILKINS, Circuit Judges.
PER CURIAM:
A review of the record and the district court's opinion accepting the recommendation of the magistrate discloses that this appeal from its order refusing relief under 42 U.S.C. Sec. 1983 is without merit. Because the dispositive issues recently have been decided authoritatively, we dispense with oral argument and affirm the judgment below on the reasoning of the district court. Austin v. Galley, C/A No. 86-640-HM (D. Md., Mar. 24, 1987).
AFFIRMED.
