Appellees have for the first time' called attention to the failure of one of the mov-ants in the trial court to join in this appeal. We hold the error to be harmless and, for clarification, point out that our original opinion refers only to “the appellants”.

All other points having been considered in our original opinion, the appellants’ motion for rehearing is overruled.
