PER CURIAM.DefendanVappellant, St. Louis Development Corporation, appeals the judgment of the Circuit Court of the City of St. Louis awarding plaintifRrespondent, MoKan St. Louis Construction Contractors Assistance Center, damages for breach of contract. We affirm.
