Kalim Abdul AL-WAJID, a/k/a George W. Wakins, Plaintiff-Appellant,
v.
Russell COX, Lt., L.C.P.D., James Barrett, Chief, L.C.P.D.,
R. Eugene Johnson, Sheriff, L.C.P.D., Betty
Satterfield, Magistrate, L.C.P.D.,
Defendants- Appellees.
No. 88-7016.
United States Court of Appeals, Fourth Circuit.
Submitted April 29, 1988.
Decided July 26, 1988.
Kalim Abdul Al-Wajid, appellant pro se.
Russell W. Harter, Jr. Chapman, Harter & Groves, P.A., for appellees.
Before SPROUSE, CHAPMAN, and WILKINSON, Circuit Judges.
PER CURIAM:
A review of the record and the district court's opinion accepting the recommendation of the magistrate discloses that this appeal from its order refusing relief under 42 U.S.C. Sec. 1983 is without merit. Because the dispositive issues recently have been decided authoritatively, we dispense with oral argument and affirm the judgment below on the reasoning of the district court. Al-Wajid v. Cox, C/A No. 6:86-1966-3K (D.S.C. Dec. 18, 1987).
AFFIRMED.
