UNITED STATES of America, Plaintiff-Appellee,
v.
Willard E. CUPP, Defendant-Appellant.
UNITED STATES of America, Plaintiff-Appellee,
Willard E. CUPP, Defendant-Appellant.
Nos. 87-7181, 87-7311.
United States Court of Appeals, Fourth Circuit.
Submitted July 29, 1988.
Decided Sept. 27, 1988.
Willard E. Cupp, appellant pro se.
Breckinridge L. Willcox, Office of U.S. Attorney, for appellee.
Before JAMES DICKSON PHILLIPS, SPROUSE, and ERVIN, Circuit Judges.
PER CURIAM:
Willard Cupp appeals from the district court's order refusing relief under 28 U.S.C. Sec. 2255. Our review of the record and the district court's opinion discloses that this appeal is without merit. Accordingly, we affirm on the reasoning of the district court. United States v. Cupp, CA-85-1747-S; CR-81-180 (D.Md. May 12, 1987; May 23, 1987). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the Court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
AFFIRMED.
