James Earl MARSHALL, Plaintiff-Appellant,
v.
Larry W. HUFFMAN; Dr. Ozinal Sandra Earley; Brenda Ross;
James Hite; Wayne Rankin, P.A., Defendants-Appellees.
No. 88-7314.
United States Court of Appeals, Fourth Circuit.
Submitted: Jan. 3, 1989.
Decided: Feb. 16, 1989.
James E. Marshall, appellant pro se.
Mark R. Davis (Office of the Attorney General of Virginia), for appellee Huffman.
Janet P. Selph (McGuire, Woods, Battle & Boothe), for remaining appellees.
Before CHAPMAN, SPOUSE and ERVIN, Circuit Judges.
PER CURIAM:
James Earl Marshall appeals from the district court's order denying relief under 42 U.S.C. Sec. 1983. Our review of the record and the district court's opinion discloses that this appeal is without merit. Accordingly, we affirm on the reasoning of the district court. Marshall v. Huffman, C/A No. 88-50 (W.D.Va. Nov. 4, 1988). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the Court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
AFFIRMED.
