the plaintiff made out a case, both on the question of the negligence o£ the defendant and of the lack of contributory negligence on her part. The judgment of the Municipal Court is reversed and a new trial ordered, costs to abide the event. Hirschberg, P. J., Woodward, Jenks, Rich and Miller, JJ., concurred.
