UNITED STATES of America, Plaintiff-Appellee,
v.
Karriem Wali MUHAMMAD, Defendant-Appellant.

No. 87-7715.

United States Court of Appeals, Fourth Circuit.

Submitted Jan. 31, 1989.
Decided March 22, 1989.

Karriem Wali Muhammad, appellant pro se.

Breckinridge Long Willcox, Office of the United States Attorney, for appellee.

Before SPROUSE and CHAPMAN, Circuit Judges, and BUTZNER, Senior Circuit Judge.

PER CURIAM:

1

Karriem Wali Muhammad appeals from the district court's order refusing relief under 28 U.S.C. Sec. 2255. Our review of the record and the district court's opinion discloses that this appeal is without merit. Accordingly, we affirm on the reasoning of the district court. United States v. Muhammad, C/A No. 87-2095-S; CR No. 79-151-M (D.Md. Aug. 31, 1987). We dispense with oral argument because the dispositive issues recently have been decided authoritatively.

AFFIRMED.
