The decision of the Merit Systems Protection Board (Board) in docket No. SE08318810261, affirming the reconsideration decision of the Office of Personnel Management that denied the petitioner a deferred civil service annuity because the petitioner did not have the five years of qualified civilian service necessary for such an award, is affirmed on the basis of the opinion of the administrative judge of the Board.
