Judgments reversed and a new trial ordered, with costs to the appellants to abide the event, upon the ground that the admission in evidence by the plaintiffs of a written statement impeaching the credibility of a witness called by the plaintiffs was, in this ease, substantial error. Present — Dowling, P. J., Merrell, Martin, O’Malley and Proskauer, JJ.
