Judgment modified by striking out the award of $150 damages in favor of the plaintiff and the costs, and as so modified the judgment is affirmed, without costs of this appeal to either party. All concur. Present — Hubbs, P. J., Sears, Crouch, Taylor and Sawyer, JJ.
