Order granting motion of defendant Willetts Construction Co., Inc., to serve a supplemental summons upon the board of education of the city of New York affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements. This result does not deprive the board of education of the right to a trial by jury. Lazansky, P. J., Rich, Young, Kapper and Seeger, JJ., concur.
