Robert Clifton WATLINGTON, Plaintiff-Appellant,
v.
Lonnie LAWSON, Deputy Sheriff, Wise County Sheriff's
Department, Defendants-Appellees.

No. 89-7526.

United States Court of Appeals, Fourth Circuit.

Submitted Aug. 31, 1989.
Decided Oct. 11, 1989.

Robert Clifton Watlington, appellant pro se.

Robert Wayne Austin, (Johnson, Scyphers & Austin, PC, Henry Smith Keuling-Stout, for appellees.

Before DONALD RUSSELL and WILKINS, Circuit Judges, and BUTZNER, Senior Circuit Judge.

PER CURIAM:

1

Robert Clifton Watlington appeals from the district court's order denying relief under 42 U.S.C. Sec. 1983. Our review of the record and the district court's opinion discloses that this appeal is without merit. Accordingly, we affirm on the reasoning of the district court. Watlington v. Lawson, C/A No. 86-190-B (W.D.Va. Jan. 27, 1989). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the Court and argument would not aid the decisional process.

AFFIRMED.
