Boff v. Brooklyn & Queens Transit Corp.

Action by infant plaintiff to recover damages for personal injuries sustained when she fell to the pavement while alighting from defendant’s trolley car; and by her father for loss of services and medi cal expenses. Judgment reversed on the facts and a new trial granted, costs to abide the event, on the ground that the verdict is against the weight of the evidence. Lazansky, P.
