Judgment of a city magistrate, sitting as a Court of Special Sessions of the City of New York, Borough of Brooklyn, convicting the defendant of the crime of leaving the scene of an accident (Vehicle and Traffic Law, § 70, subd. 5-a), and sentencing him to pay a fine of $100, or in default of payment, to a term of imprisonment for thirty days in the City Prison, unanimously affirmed.
