Executive Director, Inmate Grievance Commission; Robert
Kokoski, Defendants-Appellees.

No. 89-6600.

United States Court of Appeals, Fourth Circuit.

Submitted: Dec. 18, 1989.
Decided: Feb. 8, 1990.

Calvin Ash, appellant pro se.

Richard M. Kastendieck, Office of the Attorney General of Maryland, for appellees.

Before MURNAGHAN and CHAPMAN, Circuit Judges, and HARRISON L. WINTER, Senior Circuit Judge.

PER CURIAM:

1

Calvin W. Ash appeals from the district court's order denying relief under 42 U.S.C. Sec. 1983. Our review of the record and the district court's opinion discloses that this appeal is without merit. Accordingly, we affirm on the reasoning of the district court. Ash v. Robinson, C/A No. 88-3031-S (D.Md. Mar. 9, 1989). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the Court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
