Judgment unanimously reversed and a new trial ordered on the ground of the excessiveness of the verdict, with costs to the appellant, unless the plaintiff stipulates to reduce the amount awarded to the sum of $10,000 in which event the judgment, as so modified, is affirmed, without costs.
