I concur. If it be conceded that it was error to permit the witness Pomeroy to explain the meaning of the word “ unsettled,” still it was harmless. The letter itself shows clearly that the word was used in the sense stated by the witness. The item of interest, like any other item included in the account as stated, could be attacked only upon an allegation showing fraud, error, or mistake.
