In the case of Ex parte Henshaw on Habeas Corpus, 73 Cal. 486, I expressed my opinion on the questions involved in this case. That opinion is in harmony with that of the chief justice herein. I have seen no reason to change my views on the questions involved herein since the opinion was pronounced in Ex parte Henshaw, and concur in the foregoing opinion of the chief justice.
