I concur in the preceding opinion; and, in addition to the reasons given therein for a reversal of the judgment, think the referee erred in allowing the witness, Rorner, after stating the manner in which he came to make the loan, to add his opinion or conclusion that he made it for the accommodation of Mrs. Hill.
