Donald X. KIDD, Plaintiff-Appellant,
v.
Ed MURRAY, Director of the Department of Corrections, David
A. Williams, Warden of the Powhatan Correctional
Center State Farm, Defendants-Appellees.
No. 90-6374.
United States Court of Appeals, Fourth Circuit.
Submitted Oct. 1, 1990.
Decided Oct. 30, 1990.
Appeal from the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, at Richmond. David G. Lowe, United States Magistrate. (CA-89-173-R)
Donald X. Kidd, appellant pro se.
Richard Francis Gorman, III, Office of the Attorney General of Virginia, Richmond, Va., for appellees.
E.D.Va.
AFFIRMED.
Before DONALD RUSSELL and PHILLIPS, Circuit Judges, and BUTZNER, Senior Circuit Judge.
PER CURIAM:
Donald X. Kidd appeals from the district court's order denying relief under 42 U.S.C. Sec. 1983. Our review of the record and the district court's opinion discloses that this appeal is without merit. Accordingly, we affirm on the reasoning of the district court. Kidd v. Murray, CA-89-173-R (E.D.Va. Jan. 30 & July 24, 1990). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the Court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
AFFIRMED.
