ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the judgment of conviction and sentence entered by the district court on May 3, 1990, be affirmed. Each of the arguments presented by appellant has been previously considered and rejected by this court. See United States v. Brown, 859 F.2d 974 (D.C.Cir.1988), and United States v. Cyrus, 890 F.2d 1245, 1248-49 (D.C.Cir.1989).
The Clerk is directed to withhold issuance of the mandate herein until seven days after disposition of any timely petition for rehearing. See D.C.Cir.Rule 15.
