Motion to amend remittitur granted. Return of remittitur requested and, when returned, it will be amended so as to change the modification of the order appealed from by substituting the date October 15, 1973, in place of the date September 1, 1973, as the date for adoption of a reapportionment plan complying with the statutory standards.
