Motion to dismiss, in part, the appeal herein denied and the appeal deemed taken from the final portion of the Appellate Division order of modification which brings up for review all aspects of the order insofar as appealed from (CPLR 5512, subd [a]; 5601, subd [a], par [iii]; 5611; see Markland v Markland, 47 NY2d 856).
