Motion to dismiss a portion of the appeal herein granted and the appeal as against respondent Filomena Castorina dismissed, with costs and $20 costs of motion, upon the ground that appellant failed to appeal to the Appellate Division from the adverse judgment of Supreme Court in favor of said respondent.
