Louis MILLER, Plaintiff-Appellant,
v.
Glenn LLOYD, Sheriff, Defendant-Appellee.
No. 90-7167.
United States Court of Appeals, Fourth Circuit.
Submitted Jan. 7, 1991.
Decided Jan. 28, 1991.
Appeal from the United States District Court for the Western District of Virginia, at Roanoke. Jackson L. Kiser, District Judge. (CA-89-811-R)
Louis Miller, appellant pro se.
J. Ross Newell, III, Timberlake, Smith, Thomas & Moses, P.C., Staunton, Va., for appellee.
W.D.Va.
AFFIRMED.
Before DONALD RUSSELL, WIDENER and K.K. HALL, Circuit Judges.
PER CURIAM:
Louis Miller appeals from the district court's order denying relief under 42 U.S.C. Sec. 1983. Our review of the record and the district court's opinion discloses that this appeal is without merit. Accordingly, we affirm on the reasoning of the district court. Miller v. Lloyd, CA-89-811-R (W.D.Va. Oct. 29, 1990). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the Court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
AFFIRMED.
