Gary Lee HARRIS, Plaintiff-Appellant,
v.
Edward MURRAY, Director; D.A. Garraghty, Warden; K.L.
Osborne, Assistant Warden; Mr. Mandavich,
Assistant Warden; Officer Asel;
Officer Bennett, Defendants-Appellees.
No. 90-6381.
United States Court of Appeals, Fourth Circuit.
Submitted Oct. 5, 1990.
Decided Feb. 7, 1991.
Gary Lee Harris, appellant pro se.
William W. Muse, Assistant Attorney General, Richmond, Va., for appellees.
E.D.Va.
AFFIRMED.
Before SPROUSE, CHAPMAN and WILKINSON, Circuit Judges.
PER CURIAM:
Gary Lee Harris appeals from the district court's order denying relief under 42 U.S.C. Sec. 1983. Our review of the record and the district court's opinion discloses that this appeal is without merit. Accordingly, we affirm on the reasoning of the district court. Harris v. Murray, CA-89-257-AM (E.D.Va. July 25, 1990). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the Court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
