I concur in the judgment of reversal, and in all the rulings except that in the 4th division of the opinion, in which it is held that the evidence relating to the occupancy of a room at the Henry Grady Hotel by a woman named Yvonne Jones was not objectionable on the ground of irrelevancy; for I am of the opinion that it was irrelevant and should have been excluded upon timely objection,
