Woodson FRYE, Plaintiff-Appellant,
v.
POWHATAN RECEPTION & CLASSIFICATION CENTER, Defendant-Appellee.
No. 91-6008.
United States Court of Appeals, Fourth Circuit.
Submitted April 8, 1991.
Decided April 24, 1991.
Appeal from the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, at Alexandria. T.S. Ellis, III, District Judge. (CA-89-1531-AM)
Woodson Frye, appellant pro se.
Jeanette Dian Rogers, Office of the Attorney General of Virginia, Richmond, Va., for appellee.
E.D.Va.
AFFIRMED.
Before MURNAGHAN, SPROUSE and NIEMEYER, Circuit Judges.
PER CURIAM:
Woodson Frye appeals from the district court's order denying relief under 42 U.S.C. Sec. 1983. Our review of the record and the district court's opinion discloses that this appeal is without merit. Accordingly, we affirm on the reasoning of the district court. Frye v. Powhatan Reception, CA-89-1531-AM (E.D.Va., Jan. 16, 1991). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the Court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
AFFIRMED.
