The petition, while possibly subject to special demurrer, set forth a cause of action, and the court erred in sustaining the general demurrer and dismissing the petition. Judgment reversed.

The defendant demurred to the petition generally and specially; the court sustained the general demurrer and dismissed the petition, and the plaintiffs excepted.
