1. The motions to dismiss the bills of exceptions are denied.
2. Under the particular facts of these cases the court did not err in dismissing the motions for a new trial. See Patterson v. State, 28 Ga. *262App. 668; Garraux v. Ross, 150 Ga. 645; Reed v. Warnock, 146 Ga. 483. Judgment affirmed.
