Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the County Court, Kings County, rendered December 4, 1959, convicting him, after a jury trial, of burglary in the first degree, attempted rape in the first degree and assault in the second degree, and sentencing him, as a third felony offender, to serve concurrent terms of 30 to 60 years, 15 to 20 years and 5 to 10 years.
