People v. Jackson

— Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the County Court, Westchester County, rendered October 2, 1974, convicting him of sodomy in the first degree, sexual abuse in the first degree and endangering the welfare of a child, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence. Judgment affirmed. There was overwhelming evidence on which the jury could base its verdict that defendant was guilty of the crimes charged. Martuscello, Acting P.
