Bailey Mortgage Company moves to substitute Bailey Mortgage Company as the real party in interest with respect to the claim of Security Trust Federal Savings and Loan Association. RTC and Bailey Mortgage Company move to voluntarily dismiss this appeal. The motion is unopposed.
