Morales moves for the following: an "appeal with a three judge co1nn1ittee," "to request counsel for disabled veteran,” and leave to file in forma pauperis. Mr. Morales’s principal brief was filed on December 17, 2011, and Respondent Departn1ent of Homeland Security’s response brief was filed on January 10, 2012. This appeal will be assigned to a three-judge panel in due course per court procedure. MORALES V. DHS 2 As to Mr. Morales’s request for appointment of coun- sel, Mr. Morales is advised that pro bono counsel may be available to veterans for representation at this court through various assistance programs including the Federal Circuit Bar Association's Veterans Pro Bono Program. Finally, on October 14, 2011, Mr. Morales’s previous motion for leave to file in forma pauperis was granted.
