The judgment of the Supreme Court was entered March 17th Í879,

Per Curiam.

After a very careful examination of the evidence in this case, we are of opinion that the facts and principles of law upon which it ought to be decided are so well, accurately and impartially stated in the opinion of"the learned president of the court below, that nothing need be added to enforce and confirm the conclusion at which he arrived.

Decree' affirmed, and appeal dismissed at the costs of the appellant.
