— Per Curiam:
The attachment, under the Act of March 17th, 1869, was duly served, and regularly returned. The lien of it, therefore, attached, and the subsequent irregularity of not serving a copy of the inventory on the defendant could only be taken advantage of by the defendant, and cannot avail a subsequent attaching creditor.
Judgment affirmed.
