An examination of this case fails to reveal to us any error committed by tbe court below. Tbe charge and answers to tbe points appear to be accurate, legal and fair, and tbe argument of tbe learned counsel for tbe plaintiff in error has failed to convince us of tbe rectitude of all or any of tbe assignments of error.
