I fully concur in the decision, and all that is said in the opinion of my brother Lyon, except the intimation that had the deed been absolute in form it would have been absolutely void. It seems to me that such deed *395would only have been void in so far as ifc purported to cover the homestead, as defined in the opinion, but valid to the same extent as the deed in question, as held by the court.
