United States Court of Appeals, Fourth Circuit.

Submitted Oct. 27, 1993.
Decided Dec. 22, 1993.

Appeal from the United States District Court for the Western District of Virginia, at Roanoke. Jackson L. Kiser, Chief District Judge.

Ricco S. Jenkins, appellant pro se.

Karen Lynn Lebo, Richmond, VA, for appellees.

W.D.Va.

Before WILKINSON, HAMILTON, and WILLIAMS, Circuit Judges.

OPINION

PER CURIAM:

1

Appellant seeks to appeal the district court's order denying relief on his 42 U.S.C. Sec. 1983 (1988) complaint. Our review of the record and the district court's opinion discloses that this appeal is without merit. Accordingly, we affirm on the reasoning of the district court. Jenkins v. Authur, No. CA-92-629-R (W.D. Va. Mar. 23, 1993). We deny Appellant's motion for oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the Court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
